Registration for Christmas Fun Run 2016

I wish to take part in the 10th Telford Christmas Fun Run on Sunday 4th December 2016 . I understand that there is a registration fee of £5 per entrant. (Children under 16 years of age accompanied by a registered adult are free).

I will also try to raise at least £20 in sponsorship money  from friends, neighbours or business colleagues which will be brought with me on the day.  I understand that all sponsorship raised will go to the Midlands Air Ambulance.
