The Friends have been involved over the past year with Telford and Wrekin Libraries in a project to create a digital archive of Telford. The project aims to bring together selected items from the Telford Development Corporation Archive collection held at Shropshire Archives, and other important, unique resources about the development of Telford in the 1960s – 1980s. Now you have the opportunity to see how the work is progressing. Drop in to the new Southwater library between 11am and 2pm on 25th April to see the latest additions to the archive displayed on the amazing digital table.
